We have all seen it over and over. A great officer with loads of potential becomes a person who does only the minimum requirements at best. What causes this phenomena and what can we as leaders do about it? These are some of the questions and issues we will be tackling in this session.
At the conclusion of this session participants will:

Understand many of the reasons good officers decide to retire on duty.
