Paul B. Banner is currently a Senior Criminology
Instructor with the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
Mr. Banner has lectured extensively to judges,
and court officers throughout the United States, and is
a well qualified consultant in the area of court security.
Mr. Banner was selected by the Chief justice
of the South Carolina Supreme Court to initiate a series
of seminars governing the necessity of formulating security
policies and procedures for judicial proceedings.
